Convenient location for the price! It's so close to restaurants, cafes, and bars - right in the center. Plus, some rooms offer views away from the castle. 🏰

It is a great little hotel. Everyone who worked there was lovely. The location is perfect. The little cafe which is open all day is great because often in Spain restaurants are only open certain hours. The games they had for the kids really came in handy. Yummy breakfast.

Great value for money. Convenient parking location and short walk to the hotel. Lovely mountain view from the quiet rear room.
Noisy streets below, especially on weekends. Staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

Fantastic location within the old city walls. Comfortable room with good bathroom and balcony overlooking the main street.
Hotel parking was far from the hotel, difficult to access and expensive (we could have parked for free on the street much closer to the hotel). Hotel restaurant was lacking in atmosphere, we were the only diners for most of the evening. We felt that the room rate was rather high for midweek, low season, when there were very few guests in the hotel.

Decoration of room with traditional textiles. Good selections at breakfast.
No information was provided to reach inside of castle wall and the hotel so we got stressed and wasted for a hour! I can now tell you have to park outside the wall and walk around street to find the hotel with your luggages. Very strong smell (perfume?) in the room, bathroom, corridor...everywhere. Presumably because of the old building, we could not sleep well by the noise from other rooms. Some staff at restaurant were not friendly and food was bad. Meat was no taste and chewy, custard pudding tasted agar, which we've never had during in Spain.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the value for money is incredible. For what you pay, you get so much more in return. Secondly, the location is perfect. Situated just outside the old town, it offers both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. And lastly, the staff is simply fantastic. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
Minor improvements could be made in terms of noise insulation.

We arrived just too late for the normal restaurant hours, but the kitchen staff and waitresses kindly stayed behind to prepare a meal

Located amidst the beautiful old town high up in the mountains, this hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city and close to the castle. Rooms are clean and practical, with great views. the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, ensuring prompt service and assistance always. Facilities are well-appointed, and the secure parking nearby is an added bonus.
The soundproofing in the hotel is not very effective, causing disturbances with other guests being audible from other rooms.

The rooms were perfectly clean with views away from the castle as described. The most important was the staff - hospitable and efficient people. The hotel had an excellent location a walking distance from Plaza de Armas. I needed 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

The rooms were spacious and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions to the main sights around the hotel. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset over the town.
The noise from the street kept us up late at night and woke us up early in the morning. the breakfast was a bit lackluster with a limited selection.

Great location, close to main attractions. Good for walking in the area. the breakfast was delicious and there was plenty on offer. the room was clean and comfortable which made for a good stay.
The hotel was quite noisy, and the street noise carried on well into the night making it hard to sleep. the staff were not very friendly and did not seem to be interested in helping out with any questions or problems that we had.
